Cancellation/No-show policy: Precision Eye Care is privileged to provide comprehensive eye care to our patients.  We work to maintain a high level of personalized care and strive to accommodate our patients’ need for office visits.  This requires careful planning among many individuals on our team. We fully understand emergencies arise on occasion for our patients, just as they do for us.  However, when a patient fails to keep an appointment or cancels without providing adequate notice, we are unable to use that time to serve other patients.  We respectfully request your understanding and agreement to our cancellation and no show policy as follows:

We will provide several reminders in advance of your appointment via e-mail, text, and/or phone.  If you do not show to your appointment, you will be charged $50.  If you provide less than 24 hours notice of needing to reschedule, we will require your credit card number to schedule a second appointment.  If you fail to keep that appointment or provide less than 24 hours notice of needing to reschedule again, your card will be charged $50.
