Halloween is a great chance to spend some time with our kids and meet neighbors!  There will be lots of little ghouls, witches, and goblins out with their mummies, so make sure to drive slowly and alertly!  Here's some tips to help keep you safe!  And kids- make sure you let your parents check your candy before you eat it!
